Product: Spectre X360 15''

I bought my laptop less than 2 years ago and rubber kit on bottom of the laptop had been peeling twice already. Now it's third time I need to replace L38120-001. My warranty is expired but it seems to be a common problem with Spectre x360 and so I asked HP support if they'd be able to help. Surprisingly, I got no answer on my case, it was just silently closed. Thanks, HP!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
