Hello,

The rubber/silicone adhesive strip at the bottom of my HP Envy laptop has become unstuck.

Can a replacement be sent out to me for me to replace?

Pictures attached.

Thanks.20200617_212742.jpg20200617_212748.jpg

It looks as if I'm not the only person with this problem. Is a HP official able to confirm if I'm OK to glue this back on myself without the warranty being affected?

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

Gluing back the Rubber Feet, or strips will not void the warranty ☺️

Hi KrazyToad!

Thanks for confirming.

Is there a HP recommended adhesive I should be using or will a silicone to aluminium adhesive work?

@MK365

Yes any  silicone to aluminium adhesive should work
