HP Notebook 15-da1041tu
Microsoft Windows 11

I gave my laptop for Servicing to the authorised service centre on (17 June 2021) which I received my laptop at a delayed date(29 June 2021) and that too with a missing rubber strip. I made numerous attempts by calling and sending mail to get my issue addressed. The company simple created the case of my complaint and then automatically either closed it or rejected it.

Even when asked to contact the service centre, the concerned person is out of reach and not addressing my issue.

The grievance handling is poor and the service is pathetic, my overall experience is disappointing with Hp as my query still stands pending and unaddressed.

I need to know the probable solutions of how can I get my rubber strips back or compensate for the same or the consumer forum works fine by me.

Thanks.

It would be nice if they would answer your question.
Many could use the rubber strips as they do not hold up if you upgrade Ram or SSD and hope they restick.
