Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I've had my HP laptop for roughly 6 months now and one of the rubber strips has fallen off on the bottom. I was wondering if there was a recommended way to fix this issue or if it was covered under warranty.

Thanks in advance,

Common.

Hello @Common_50,

I'm speaking from previous experience and on behalf of other users, but generally speaking, if you ask HP support for replacement rubber feet, they will usually provide it.

I think I've heard some people on Reddit say that HP would only replace the rubber feet if you sent the device in but it's definitely worth a shot asking HP support. Otherwise, if it doesn't work out, I can provide you with the details so you can purchase them yourselves.

Phone HP Worldwide here.

Check warranty status here.

Find an HP Authorized Service Center near you here.

Hope that helps.
