Product: HP ENVY - 13-ah1002na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The base rubber strips are coming off my very well looked after 9-month old HP ENVY - 13-ah1002na.

 

How do I get replacements under warranty? This is very sub-par for the supposed quality of product. The strips themselves appear to have degraded so simply gluing them back (if a suitable glue could be determined) would be quite a bodge.

Since this is a Hardware issue, please contact HP Support for Service Options
