I will be using my laptop in the field to remote desktop into a miniPC on my telescope overnight. I have a 100AH LiFePO4 Lithium Battery connected to a home built power distribution box. I need to know if I can keep it powered with this https://powerwerx.com/panel-mount-usb-typec-qc40-75w and USB C to C PD 100W Fast Charge and Data Transfer Cable | Powerwerx . Will this work? I really don't want to run an inefficient 110 volt inverter. The laptop does not run any software and after setting everything up, I close the laptop lid till morning.
Thanks in advance for the help!

Yes.
That should work if your distribution box has a 12vdc output.
Your laptop's USB-C port has the following specifications"
USB Type-C® power connector port,
SuperSpeed 10 Gbps port, and Thunderbolt™
port with HP Sleep and Charge
