Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-0024

I just recently installed a Ryzen 7 5700G, and now my computer is stuck in an infinite reboot loop. I upgraded from the stock Ryzen 5 2400. 

I haven’t upgraded my RAM yet and still have the stock DDR4 2666 installed. Could this be causing the issue, or is the motherboard incompatible with the CPU?
