HP Recommended

Hello,

I'm trying to have support for an HP SSD S700 that is reported in predictive failure by an HP desktop computer. Unfortunately the S/N is not recognized by the HP support, so i can't have asupport for the drive. I bought it in Amazon 2 yeras ago, but the drive has a 3yr warranty by HP (it is printed on the label...). 

Someone have the same issue?
