Product: Spectre x360 15" 2016
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Is it possible to upgrade the SSD storage drive from SATA to PCle in the Spectre x360 15" 2016 model or if you are interested in upgrading strorage does it have to be a SATA M.2 drive?

Firstly what EXACTLY is the model/product of your Spectre x360 15" 2016 . There is no such conversion inside a machine. Some machines support BOTH. I can't tell without knowing what is your machine.
