Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook's model series.

 

Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade info.

The notebooks with the Intel Pentium processors have one memory slot.

 

Only DDR3L-1600 memory is supported.  DDR4 memory runs at a lower voltage, has a different number of contact pins and won't even fit in the memory slot(s).

 

Here is the Crucial memory report for your notebook model.  According to the report, you can install 2 x 8 GB of memory.

The processors in the model series are all integral parts of the motherboard (soldered to it) and cannot be upgraded.
