Hi @jhannzz,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

To find out the capacity of the SD card in your HP Pavilion x2 Detachable, you can use the following methods:

1. Check the SD Card Directly

  1. Physically Inspect the SD Card:
    • Remove the SD card from the slot and check for any labels or markings that indicate its storage capacity. Common sizes are 16GB, 32GB, 64GB, 128GB, etc.

2. Use File Explorer (Windows)

  1. Open File Explorer:
    • Press Windows + E to open File Explorer.
  2. Locate the SD Card:
    • Find the SD card under "This PC" or "My Computer". It will be listed as a removable drive.
  3. Check Properties:
    • Right-click on the SD card drive and select Properties.
    • In the General tab, you will see the capacity of the SD card.

3. Use Disk Management

  1. Open Disk Management:
    • Press Windows + X and select Disk Management.
  2. Locate the SD Card:
    • In the Disk Management window, find the SD card listed among the drives.
  3. View Capacity:
    • The capacity of the SD card will be displayed in the list.

4. Use Command Prompt

  1. Open Command Prompt:
    • Press Windows + R, type cmd, and press Enter.
  2. Use Diskpart:
    • Type diskpart and press Enter.
    • Type list disk and press Enter. This will list all disks, including the SD card.
    • Look for the SD card in the list (it will usually be the disk with the smallest size).
    • The capacity will be listed next to the disk.

If these methods do not reveal the information or you need further assistance, you can provide more details about the issue you are experiencing with the SD and the product number of the unit.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
