Hi,

Was wondering how can you set your default storage app of programs to SD Card. Can't install my microsoft office because I cannot set it to install in my SD Card.

Thanks,

Hi,

Please try

(a) Hold down Win key and hit I (Win+I),

(b) Click System,

(c) Click Storage.

Now you can see a list of things and you can assign to where (drive) new apps/files to go to.

Note: Not all apps support this.

Regards,

BH

It won't let me change the default for the apps, it always stays as Drive C (which is the SSD). Is there anything I can do, I don't mind if my Windows is not updated but I need my Windows Office updated though.

Hi,

As mentioned above: Not all apps allow you to do that BUT can you see similar to the following image ?

Dear Banhiem,

I appreciate your help.

Yes, it does show that. However, my problem is it states all apps is only on C:. It doesn't give me the option to change it into D:. Is there a way to do that? Thanks!

Hi,

Do you know what is 😧 ? Is it a SD card you put in OR it is there already ?

            d_drive.png

In my case, I can ONLY use F: (as shown on my previous reply). 😧 is the Recovery partition and please don't touch to it.

If 😧 is your SD card, please change it to anything from F: to Y: (do not use A: to E: and Z:). The following article shows you how to change
