Hi,

Do you use an adapter to house the microSD card ? You need an adapter which is similar to the following image

1xT-Flash TF Micro SD to SD Memory Card Reader ADAPTER for 2gb 4gb 8gb 16 gb 32g

Regards.

yeah, I have tried using an adapter to house the micro SD card but still, it was not reading and also not showing in the disk management folder.  I think the problem is with the driver. So can you please help me regarding the driver which I should install on my laptop.

thank you.

Hi,

Please try the following Realtek USB and PCIe Media Card Reader Drivers for your machine with Windows 8.1:

    http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp75001-75500/sp75104.exe

Did you upgrade/downgrade your computer ? Please try
