I inserted the SD card into the port upside down. I realised it when it wouldn't click into place. I tried to extract it put it slipped further and disappeared inside the computer. Normally, a card shouldn't go in if one tries to insert it the wrong way but mine did. Any idea how to get it out?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This seems like a hardware issue with the printer. As we have tried all the troubleshooting steps from our end, think this issue needs some additional technical assistance that can be better provided through one-on-one interaction with our HP Support team.
