Hi there,

 

The sd card reader on my HP Envy x360 15-cp0053cl isn't working.

 

The card reader doesn't appear in the Device Manager list.

 

I tried all of the drivers listed for my device on the HP support page and they all gave me an error message saying that they aren't compatible with my device.

 

What should I do next?

Try the JMicron card reader driver

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63637.exe

 

Is the audio output working from the 3.5mm jack?

I ask because it is on the same I/O board as the SD card reader.
