Hello, my convertible laptop has an issue where in device manager the sd storage class entry has a exclamation point by it.  I have searched the HP support forum for an sd class storage driver and did not find one.  I cannot read sd cards.

does anyone know where I can find the driver? I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the item in the device manager.

Please download and install Realtek Card Reader Driver:

 

   https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp92501-93000/sp92516.exe

I have downloaded the Service Pack, installed it three times without change.  I attempted to update driver pointing it to the sp directory and that didn't work either.  It keeps telling me that the best driver is already installed.  I have also allowed it to search windows update.  Ideas?
