HP 240 G9 AL DESCARGARSE LA BATERÍA Y AL ENCENDER NUEVAMENTE EL EQUIPO NO ARRANCA EL DISCO DURO POR QUÉ SE DESACTIVA LEGACY SUPPORT, TENGO QUE INGRESAR AL BIOS ACTIVAR LEGACY SUPPORT Y AHÍ ARRANCA WINDOWS DESDE EL DISCO.
P.D. SE CAMBIÓ LA BATERÍA Y DESDE QUE SE CAMBIO NOS DA ESE PROBLEMA.
POR FAVOR AYUDEME A RESOLVER EL PROBLEMA. GRACIAS

It sounds to me like Windows is installed in Legacy mode.
You can confirm that Windows is installed in Legacy mode by running the Windows system information app.
Look at the BIOS Mode line: It will be either Legacy or UEFI.
If it is on Legacy, the only way you are going to be able to fix that problem is to reinstall Windows in UEFI mode by booting the Windows installation flash drive from the UEFI USB flash drive boot option.
Make sure you have saved any important files to a portable hard drive before proceeding to reinstall Windows.
