Hello! I wanted to know if by the serial number of the equipment, I can know with what amount of memory the equipment was manufactured. Buy a machine that currently has 8gb. But I want to confirm if it actually came with 8GB or was it added, can this be known from the serial number?
PS: HP 250 G7 notebooks have any VOID system to verify if the equipment was opened?
Thanks a lot 🙂

Hi:
If you enter the serial number of the notebook in the box at the link below, it should tell you how much memory was installed.
Since we do not work for or represent HP, we are not authorized to discuss warranty terms.
Generally speaking, you will not void the warranty unless you damage something in the process of upgrading parts.
There is a service manual and a service video gallery to help you open up the notebook as safely as possible.
