Hello Jbomb038,
Failure ID GGFXKR-835940-MFPWLK-60D603 translates to Failure Code 301 or Hard Disk 1 SMART Hard Drive Detects Imminent Failure.
The hard drive is about to fail and you should backup important data but since you did say that you cannot access Windows, you can try to retrieve the data using a SATA to USB adapter after a hard drive replacement.
If you are under warranty, contact HP.
Contact HP Worldwide here.
Phone HP Worldwide here.
Check warranty status here.
Find an HP Authorized Service Center near you here.
Otherwise, the hard drive needs to be replaced. Any reputable brand (WD, Seagate, Toshiba) will work but an SSD is ultimately recommended.
Steps to replacement are located on pages 44-46 of your computer's Maintenance and Service Guide. Several components need to be removed before accessing the hard drive.
Hope this helps,
Eddy
