hi, i have a problem with my computer: when i open it, it appears a screen which says smart hard disk error 

Hard disk 1 (301)

When i press f2 for system diagnostic then i go on hard drive quick check this is what appears:

SMART Check : FAILED

FAILURE ID : OU2BVW-97VA4D-XD7W2J-60BE03

Product id: 3CC90EA#ABZ

 

Please help me

The first letter of the id is a zero and not an o like i wrote

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

 

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I did decode the failure ID and it refers to SMART Hard Drive Detects Imminent Failure and you need to replace the hard drive in order to correct the failure. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
