Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I encountered a SMART Hard Disk error. After running the hard disk diagnostics test I got the following error code-

 

QAN21S-9PCA2P-MFPXG1-60XA03

 

Can anyone suggest what is actually the problem here?

This may be stating the obvious, but...

QAN21S-9PCA2P-MFPXG1-60XA03   ---   3/27/20

303   ---   StorageFloppy Drive, Hard Drive, Memory Drive, Optical Drive, SCSI, Tape Drive

Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure

From 2016 onwards there is a possible recovery option via the cloud...

for HOW2 replace the HDD.
