Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb1000 (7Y8M8AV)

Hello everyone!!!

3 days ago I was turning on my laptop, before victus image, a message just went saying "The SMART hard disk check has detected an imminent failure. To ensure no data loss, please backup the content immediately and run the Hard Disk Test in System Diagnostics. Hard Disk 1 (301)". Then, I updated my BIOS and my UEFI, I got a 24 code failure on the diagnosis and my laptop is still under warranty but I can't speak with HP for support as I am in Brazil (I bought this laptop in US). Do you guys have any tip to solve this problem? Sometimes my CPU was getting 87 degrees in BIOS page I don't know how bad it is.

 

When I get the information of the SMART on the HP SUPPORT APP,  it say it's normal, I don't know who I trust LMAO

If I were you I would back up my important data to an external storage device immediately.

A S.M.A.R.T. error 301 is a serious warning.

 

HP does have support in Brazil.

i Just called HP Brazilian support, the that HP does not sell my laptop in Brazil, so they can do nothing with warranty at least here in Brazil 🙁

 

i'm looking for a new NVME SSD and backup, I dind't know How bad it was, thank you bro!!
