Product: HP x360 310 G2 Convertible PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased an SP M.2 2280 SATA III A55 SSD. It is a chip type SSD. it is a 512GB SSD. I am replacing a Lite-ON IT 64GB SSD. it fits the same slot the same as the Lite-On that I removed. 

The laptop does not see a drive when it boots.
