My SSD stopped working, it cannot be seen by any OS or BIOS.
I have tried to contact HP though the site but since the system does not see either drive, I can't actually contact them.
I have "registered" the serial numbers and part numbers but HP does not actually see them as their SSDs.
I am hoping there is a way I can contact someone to warranty both drives.

I understand that the SSD is not working.
I would suggest you contact our phone support and check for the support option.
Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

I'm having problem in checking warrant for SSD:
When i input serial number - website asks me for part number
SSD has partnumber 2DP98AA#ABB
The symbol "#" always cause an error
So i can't pass this step
