HP Notebook - 14-bp005la
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! I'm having problems trying to upgrade my notebook. I have a Laptop 14-BP-005LA with a 500 gb hdd and recently added an ssd m.2 Gigabyte NVMe 128 GB.

The notebook doesn't recognize it neither at the BIOS or Windows itself.

I've searched the web and in some places people talk about compatibility but I'm having a hard time trying to find exact information

Thanks in advance to whoever reads and writes back

bye!

Hi:

According to chapter 1 of the service manual, your notebook's M.2 slot only supports SATA M.2 SSD's, not NVMe.

That is why the NVMe SSD you installed is not working.
