My SSD died and I want to know if its under a Warranty

 

All it says "No Boot Device Found"

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?

 

  • The exact model of your HP device (laptop or desktop).
  • When and where you purchased it.
  • Whether you’ve made any recent hardware or software changes before the issue appeared.

In the meantime, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Check BIOS/UEFI settings: Restart your computer and press the appropriate key (often F10 or Esc) to enter BIOS. See if the SSD is detected there.
  2. Run HP Hardware Diagnostics: On startup, press F2 to access diagnostics and run a storage test to check the health of the drive.
  3. Power drain : Turn off the computer, unplug the AC adapter, remove any accessories (USB drives, mouse), Press and hold the power button for 15–30 seconds. Reconnect the AC adapter, and turn the computer on
