What is your HP 14s Laptop PC 14s-e0000 (8YH01AV)  machine ? Sounds like it is an  HP Laptop 14s-er0502TU (product number 49J03PA), its specs

It already has 512 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD now. You can upgrade to 1TB or 2TB using compatible SSD such as
