2 TB NVME was offered from the factory so no problem just because of capacity. No real logical reason the Evo 970 would not work. Not detected how? What are you doing with it?

HP Recommended

1. Insert SSD into  NVME slot

2. Start windows installation

3. No media detected error

It happens with two SSD. First was returned to Amazon and I got replacement but problem is same.

BTW my fault. SSD is EVO 970 PLUS

HP Recommended

Well you have an 11th gen processor and the stock Windows 10 installer needs a driver added to detect NVME M.2 SSD.

Already tried - not helps.

Currently used Samsung MZVLB512 works like a charm and windows installed perfect without any drivers.

May be it's only EVO 970 PLUS issue?

HP Recommended

Perhaps. That is my "go to" drive but I have not tried it in a 10th or 11th gen system.
