You may need a screwdriver with a smaller tip.

Looks like it is stripped a little. Do you have some real pointy needle nose pliers you can try to grab the sides ot the screw and get it turning? Other option is to "tap" it by drilling into it but you want to avoid that if possible.

Nope, will have to buy them. I have sturdy tweezers, will put them to use in the morning.  Thanks for the continuous feedback and help Huffer.
