Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone,

One day I've tried to turn on my pc and the message : can't load the windows.

Storage diagnostic : no hard drive installed. Please check that the power and data cables are connected properly. No ID in order to communicate with the HP assistance. Very difficult to reach the assistance by email.

A friend told me that the ssd is out, dead !!! Any data is lost no recovery can be made.

I'm asking myself how is possible? I bought this nb two years ago and I didn't have any kind of problem.

Searching on internet the piece or similar product to buy it but is very hard to find.

Any suggestions ?

Thank you for your time and reply !

Are you sure it is KBG30ZMV256GBG3 ? Where did you get that code ? There are many standard M.2 NVMe SSD drives around, you don't need to use EXACTLY same as the old one.

The specs of your machine is

Probably it use same  256 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD as mine

Again, you can use a standard M.2 NVMe SSD drive such as

Hello Banhein,

thank you for your reply.

Every component of pc has a code and it’s attached on it, is an obligation under the law at least for Europe and I’ve learned to read =)))).

KIOXIA Corporation
Model KBG30ZMV256G BG3 NVMe™M
HW: 01
256GB
FW ADHA0102
CAN ICES-3(B) / NMB-3(B)
S/N X9VPC8EFPHLL
HP P/N: L22028-002
DC+3.3V me 1.1A
310CT2019
1944KEz

Since is out of warranty I opened it.

What is strange is that this piece  has a B + M key ( no longer manufactured and not for Europe) but the notches are M 2 key.

As you are saying  I can use any kind of ssd  with the same characteristics, but isn’t for sure that will work.

Regards,
