Hello Everyone !!
I own HP Pavilion x360 13-u004tu, I am facing performance issue that's why looking to add an SSD and upgrade RAM. Can someone advise if my laptop support adding SSD in addition to existing HDD. If, YES, what type of SSD.
Also what is the maximum RAM I can upgrade to. At the moment the laptop has 4GB RAM.

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.
Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade info.
If you look at chapter 3 of the manual different motherboards are used for the models that come with M.2 SSD's and 2.5" hard drives.
Since your notebook has a 2.5" hard drive, in order to upgrade to a SSD, you would need to replace the 2.5" hard drive with a 2.5" SSD.
Below is the link to the Crucial memory site.
They have compatible memory for sale.
HP - Compaq Pavilion x360 13-u004tu | Memory RAM & SSD Upgrades | Crucial IN
I would suggest that you buy the 2666 MHz memory because it costs much less than the 2400 MHz memory and should work just fine.
This is the 8 GB equivalent part number for the 4 GB DDR4-2666 MHz memory chip listed in the above memory report:
