It has option for DUAL storage that means it has 2 (TWO) slots for M.2 SSD NVMe SSD drives BUT only for machines which have Core i7-13700HX, i7-13650HX, i5-13500HX, and i5-13450HX processor.
Your machine has Intel Core i5-13500H therefore it only has 1 M.2 SSD slot for storage.

Hi! I have a question. is it ok to manually add socket to my empty slot for my Intel Core i5-13500H? because I saw an empty slot for another SSD

Adding an M.2 slot is not really done. That is a blank where a slot could have been added at the factory but the internal circuitry is incomplete and you cannot just solder a slot on there.
