Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Will a Western Digital WD Blue m.2 SATA SSD, 550MB/s R, 525MB/s W, 5 Y Warranty, 250GB be compatible with HP Notebook - 15q-bu040tu
Link of SSD is given below please can anybody help me out is it can be used to upgrade my laptop.

Yes, that model SSD will work fine, and in my opinion, it provides the best performance for the price.
I just installed the same model in my HP Thin Client t630 desktop PC, and I am very happy with it.
I had also informed you of this in this discussion below, where you had listed the WD Blue SATA SSD.
