I just bought a Crucial P3 Plus 1TB NVMe M.2 Internal SSD for my HP laptop model 15-bs015dx. The problem is as I insert the ssd in my laptop, it won’t turn on. It only does when I take it out. Does that mean it is not compatible or there’s anything I can do to slove the issue. Thanks

It support M.2 SATA-3 only, not NVMe drive.
Regards.

Neither Crucial or Kingston memory recommend M.2 SSD products for an SSD upgrade.
They recommend the use of 2.5" SATA Internal SSD types.
