I m using right now HP Pavilion 15-cs1000tx whenever i was installing SSD in my laptop the the laptop was not booting, Capslock light blinking 3-5 time,

When i have removed that samsung ssd then it will be started properly.

I thought the SSD is foulty but i have already replaced the SSD whith samsung service center but again the problem is coming.

Do you have a any solution for that...?

What did you do to put an operating system on the new SSD?

Actually i have Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB PCIe NVMe M.2 (2280) Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) (MZ-V7S500) on my Laptop's M.2 slot in this drive i am using operating system windows 11.

I want to replace my HDD to SATA 3 SSD which is Samsung 870 EVO 1TB SSD.

So you are just replacing the mechanical hard drive for a SATA 2.5 inch SSD? And when you do the system fails to boot. This tells me that perhaps part of the boot files are on the HDD so if it is not there some files needed to boot are not present. You could try cloning the hard drive to the SSD.
