Hello, i have been with this laptop for 2 years and i was thinking in upgrading the SSD of my laptop from the 250 gb to 500gb. I found one that is of good price, namely the Samsung 860 Evo SATA SSD. My question is, is it compatoble with my Hp Pavilion Gaming ec0751ms Laptop? Thank you in advance.

Sure, you could even update to 1TB M.2 SSD, although the supported SSD type needs to be NVMe, not SATA3.
With that in mind, take a look at the Samsung 970 EVO M.2 NVMe SSD products.
They are supported by the BIOS and chipset in your notebook.
Here are some alternative brand supported product sources
