I have a ProBook 430 G3 configured with a single (SanDisk) 256Gb SSD. I notice that there are many 512Gb and larger M.2 SATA 3 internal disks on the market. Can a disk greater than 256Gb be installed in the 430 G3's M.2 slot? Thanks

The series support M.2 2280 SATA SSD therefore you can use M.2 SATA SSD drives larger than 512GB, can be 1TB or 2TB single sided 2280 M.2 SATA SSD.
Note: 2280 is the physical format/size of the M.2 slot which is 22mm x 80mm.
Regards.

Thanks. Understand that larger capacity M.2 drives fit, but is there anything in the ProBook configuration or hardware that would preclude installing something larger? Any issues with heat or power? Searched the internet and I could not find anything that said it would work, but nothing that said it wouldn't either.
