Omen by HP 15-DC1054nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop has a basic specification of 256 SSD+ 1 Tb Hdd.
I would like to upgrade 256 SSDs to higher specifications.

If I buy an SSD product separately, can I upgrade it?

Do I need to visit Service Center to move and upgrade all of my existing data stores?

Thank you for your help

@seminPark , welcome to the forum.

Here is the Maintenance and Service Guide for the laptop: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06219881

On Page 39 is a list of compatible SSD's.  Also, here is the 512 GB SSD on HP PartSurfer: https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=L24341-001

If you don't want to buy it from HP, you can use the specifications to buy another manufacturer's product.

Thank you very much for your reply.

May I ask you one more question?

I'm worried about these two products

I'm sorry I don't know computer well and my English is really bad

Yes, both of the SSD's in your links should work fine.

I have had no problem understanding your English.

Good luck!
