HP Pavilion Power - 15-cb001la
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

The laptop is HP 15-cb001la

Current disk HDD 1 TB

I readed that you can add an ssd of up to 256GB,  but in other places they say that 256 is recommended, but in fact you can add one of 512 or 1TB.

I want to add an "SSD PCIE M2 NVMe 512 GB", what's happen if so?  Will work ?

Thank you

@s8vlkn3,

Looking at your HP Pavilion Power - 15-cb001xx motherboard specs (p/n: 926307-601), it appears to me that you can indeed add a 1TB or even a 2TB PCIe M.2 2280SS SSD as suggested here: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/pavilion-power-15-cb001nd.
