I want to add a SSD in my laptop H 14-CK0005TU

According to the manual, version with 8th Gen Intel processors are compatible with PCIe, NVMe, M.2 solid-state drives.

There is not a guarantee that HP put an M.2 slot on the system board.Sometimes HP does not and there is a bare header on a system board.

You might want to check inside, if you are comfortable with doing it,  before pulling the trigger on an M.2 SSD purchase.
