I currently have a SAMSUNG MZ9L4128HCHQ-00BH1 with 119GB capacity, will upgrading it to a Silicon Power A60 PCle M.2 NVMe SSD 512Gb Gen3x4, be compatible and will it increase my performance?

Read the last sections of my reply first regarding the size of the drive I believe your notebook has.
Looking at the specs on the drive you want to buy, it should be compatible, but the performance looks like it will be similar to the OEM Samsung drive HP installed.

There are faster performing drives if you want to invest more money into one.
But what concerns me is that chapter 1 of the service manual indicates the 128 GB drive is a 2230 form factor and the manual only has an illustration for the standard 2280 form factor.

Chapter 3 of the service manual indicates the HP part number for the drive is M11040-005.

When you google the 128 GB drive your notebook, the results show it is a standard size M.2 2280.

I recommend the first thing you do before buying a new drive is to open up your notebook and see what you are dealing with because those drives will be fairly difficult to come by and the choices will be limited.
But I see no reason why a 512 GB M.2 2230 NVMe drive wouldn't work.

Your google result is not the right one. Here it is ...
It is 2230 with metal extension to fit on 2280 place. Also 128GB models from other vendors (linked Kingston) used in HP entry level notebooks, are 2230 with metal extension to fit on 2280 place.
