Hie,

 When the dual configration for this particular laptop supports only 256gb Nvme ,M2. SSD + 1/2 TB hdd.

Is there a possibility . Is there a possibility that the device could handle a 500gb Nvme SSD woth 1tb HDD?

Yes, I would think such a configuration would work.

 

What is listed in the manual is not the max capacity for storage, just what HP offered in the model series.
