Product: HP pavilion 14-al143tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop Model: HP pavilion 14-al143tx, does this model have a M.2 port on its Board? 
will I be able to add an M.2 2280 SSD on my laptop??

It has  1 TB 5400 rpm SATA now. You can add M.2 SATA SSD (max 2280) to your machine using

 

                      https://www.crucial.com/products/ssd/crucial-mx500-ssd

                      https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/ssd/product/consumer/860evo/

              Or similar from reputable vendors.
                   One example (compatible drive, can use smaller/larger capacity)
