Product: HP Pavilion 15-n020TU
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
First - Laptop has a 500 GB HDD. Can I replace it with a 500 GB SATA SSD ?
Second - Laptop came with 2 GB DDR3 RAM in one slot. Current installed RAM is 4 GB (2 GB in each slot). Can I upgrade the RAM to 8 GB (4 GB in each slot) ?

There is nothing wrong with the link to the service manual I posted.
It works fine for me.
Here is the link to the user guides support page for your notebook.
Click on the Maintenance & Service guide listed there.
