Hi,

Yes, that will work. 32GB is the max RAM even if service manual mentions 16GB.

There is no limit to the capacity of the M2 drive, so 1TB will work.

Hope it helps,

David

Yes you have shopped well. The DDR4-2400 memory will still run at 2133 but should work in dual channel. I know DDR4-2400 is a bit easier to find and cheaper and likely enough to work OK I would go ahead and do it. The M.2 SSD is the right kind (NVME). We have had a few reported issues, believe it or not with HP M.2 SSDs on HP systems primarily consumer laptops. Personally I would get a Samsung Evo 970 Plus but again the HP is so likely to work I can't really advise you not to get it.

The laptop looks like this inside with the back cover removed:

How about this?

Crucial P1 1TB 3D NAND NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD

The Crucial P1 performs a bit slower than the Samsung but is also quite a bit less expensive. These things are so fast it can be a bit slower and still be excellent.

Could you please send me URL for Samsung SSD which is compatible with my HP envy 15t- as100 CTO?

All different capacities (sizes) can be ordered from this link:

https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-970-EVO-Plus-MZ-V7S1T0B/dp/B07MFZY2F2/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=970+Evo+Plu...

The P1 is much cheaper:

https://www.amazon.com/Crucial-500GB-NAND-NVMe-PCIe/dp/B07J2WBKXF

P1 is going to write at about 2000 mbps and the 970 Evo about 3200 mbps. This is highest burst speed and does not reflect that the Samsung is 40% faster in everything.
