Hello,
After recovery operations, my SSD capacity 128GB instead 256GB.
I tried to see if there were any hidden partitions with AOMEI, EaseUS and Diskmgmt.msc but they tell me there are a couple of hidden (recovery) partitions but the SSD is 128gb.
HP support tool is also saying that the SSD is 128 with the relative firmware version. I also tried to do another reset but no solution. Do you have any advice?

Here is the spec page for that model
It states that the SSD is 128 GB M.2 SSD. Perhaps get more info from Device Manager to verify the model number and size of the SSD.

Thanks for reply.
No, I bought my PC in 2016 and it always has been 256 GB SSD and 1 TB HHD. These are the details:

Only 3 days ago it become 128 GB, that's why I'm writing here

OK. Did you look at Device Manager to see how it is identified now? It should show the model number, which can then be used to check the real size.
Also look in Computer Management - Disk Management - to see how it is identified and the size of the drive. Perhaps it got partitioned by something. It would be helpful if you posted screen shots from both of those locations. Be sure to show the graphic where the drives are pictured and how it is sized.

Yes I can see the pictures. It does tell what I wanted to see. It also seems to verify that the SSD is a 128GB unit and was not partitioned. Of course you can actually look at the drive to see if it has the 256GB label but I suspect it will be a 128GB label. I am curious, now to see what the label says.

Of course, where I can find the label? However I think I got the problem (but not the solution).
As you can see from below, I used "mini tool partition recovery" and it shows Partiotion nr. 7 of 119GB. It means that the total SSD is around 256GB, of course I knew that. It actually makes sense: the reason why I restored my PC is that it was very slow. I likely got a malware that made this problem and the RAW partition as consequence. Now, maybe there are too many partition in this disk but basically I don't know how to act. There is no letter associated with the RAW partition, I don't know how to make it NTFS or format it or join with the working one. Any advice?

That is interesting - that the "mini tool partition recovery" shows the drive as "RAW" while disk management did not.
If that is now the case, then that partition may possibly be converted back to NTFS with a software and not lose the data that might be there.
I'll let you discover which one to use, but here is one
https://www.easeus.com/datarecoverywizard/recover-raw-drive.htm
In regards to the label on the drive, it is a paper label and the drive needs to be looked at physically.
BTW: it seems that this PC is still working. It might be a good idea to make a backup of important data before doing anymore to these hard drives. And do a complete scan with anti malware software, too. Malwarebytes has a free software to do the scan, or whatever software that is installed presently.

Unfortunately no way..I've tried
ESUS
Mini tool partition
Testdisk
Gparted with Ubuntu.
No results. Only ubuntu (via OEM installation) is able to see the lost partition but I can not managae a recovery.
Any ideas?

I would not attempt anything else if I could not see a picture of the label to verify what it is. If you cannot produce a definitive conclusion of the drive then I would not try any software on the partition.
Device Manager indicates the model number to be Samsung MZNLF128HCHP-000H1, and this is what it looks like:

As you can see from that description, it is a 128GB drive
