How's it possible that my laptop and the SSD have crashed and (according to the laptop repair centre I took it to) data on the SSD cannot be recovered? My laptop is only 3 years old., no signs of warning whatsover.
The computer started switching itself off and restarting approx every 20/30 mins one night. The morning after it did the same, then I would get a black screen and caps lock flashing, and that's it.
Took it to a reputable repair shop, said it's the motherboard and nothing can be done. Then tried to recover data and they could not load the SSD on any device to access/transfer the data. They said "the SSD has failed".
Can anyone help please?

Hello @MarcoC17
For standard user, the ssd is dead.
If it is very important data I would ask a professional data recovery company to check if a recovery is possible.
