Hello, my laptop has always been quite slow, I think it is the processor, I have been suggested to install an SSD driver which would make it a lot faster, does anyone know whether it is worth doing and if it is possible on this notebook?

Also, what SSD driver I should buy?

Regards

I think you are talking about firmware here. HP uses SSD from few different suppliers therefore you can use Device Manager to see which one and go to vendor site to see any new firmware to update.

NORMALLY HPSA will work this out for you because sometimes this could not make things better.

Since HP 455 G4 is a series of many models/products with many different configurations, your machine cold be at the low end specs (slow CPU, small amount of RAM, slow disk ...)
