Hello, is it possible to replace the original internal hard drive with a SSD hard drive or even add an SSD internally?

Hi:
Yes, you can replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SSD.
If your notebook has an Intel core processor, it should also have a M.2 slot that supports SATA M.2 SSD's only, not NVMe.
