Hi:
If your notebook came with Windows, the product key is encrypted in your notebook's BIOS.
You don't need the product key to reinstall Windows.
You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Support
You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.
HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store
Since you have to use the software on another PC to create the recovery media, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.
Your PC's product number is 300H7PA#ACJ
If the cloud recovery tool reinstalls W10, you can click on the blue W11 installation assistant button (1st option) at the link below to upgrade back to W11 for free.

If you use the above method I outlined, you will lose all data on the drive.
So, if you back up the data like I suggested yesterday (copy your user profile folders to a portable hard drive first), you can use the recovery tool media you create on the existing drive.
It will wipe the drive and return it to its 'out of the box' condition.
